Workshop
Title
A Sticky
Situation
Workshop
(Brief) Description
Why is it
so hard to get ketchup out of a bottle?
Liquids have a property called viscosity that causes
them to stick to the sides of containers. We will do some fun experiments to measure the viscosity of
sticky liquids like oil, shampoo, syrup, and ketchup. We will also learn about how liquids are used in mechanical
and aerospace design.
