What does 120/80 mean anyway?
Did you know it is the measurement of the pressure or force
inside the blood vessels (arteries) with each beat of the
heart? In this workshop we will practice taking blood
pressures using a mannequin training arm and will be looking
at factors that cause a blood pressure to elevate and the
risks that are associated with hypertension.
