Career Field – Mathematics/Statistics

Do you feel lucky? We will be playing some games that involve an element of chance, such as rolling dice or tossing coins. Then we will explore the mathematics behind the games and decide which strategies are best.

Leader – Cora Neal

Cora Neal teaches mathematics and statistics at Sonoma State University. She has a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Utah State University. Cora enjoys playing mathematical games with her two elementary school children.
